The Wild Arts Festival brings art, books and a love of the natural world together for one of the Portland area’s largest regional art shows. Presented by Bird Alliance of Oregon, the annual festival features dozens of artists working in painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, woodworking, fiber, glass and other media, with nature and the Pacific Northwest providing inspiration for much of the work.
The festival also includes a book fair featuring Northwest authors who write about nature, birds, hiking, history and life in the Pacific Northwest, along with artist and author talks and a popular silent auction. It’s a great opportunity to meet regional artists and writers, find distinctive holiday gifts and discover work inspired by the landscapes and wildlife of the Northwest.
Purchases and festival proceeds help support Bird Alliance of Oregon and its work protecting birds, wildlife and the natural environment.
