(1859-1927) Best known for his still life paintings, Bryant Chapin is also known to have painted landscapes and portraits. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Chapin is considered a member of the Fall River School of Painters He studied with Robert S. Dunning and lectured throughout New England about art and painting.
