(1928-) George Grammer is a member of the artists known as the Fort Worth Circle. Grammer began painting in the late 40s. He studied under Kelly Fearing at Texas Wesleyan College and continued his education in San Miguel de Allende and the Art Students League in New York, where he became a full-time resident in 1957. His works have been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and elsewhere.
